Oakland Man Arrested for Felony Theft ($25,000 to under $100,000)

From the desk of Sheriff Bryson Meyers:

On September 29, 2026, Detectives with the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division arrested Drew Caleb Stull, 32 years old, Oakland, on a charge of Felony Theft ($25,000 to under $100,000).

The arrest stems from an investigation conducted by Detectives, where the investigation revealed Stull, the owner of Rough Country Restoration, agreed to complete work for a local condominium complex. The condominium association paid Stull for the work in 2025; however, the investigation determined that the contracted work was never completed.

Stull was arrested and transported to the Garrett County Detention Center, where he is currently being held pending a bond hearing. The investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone with information with similar investigations is asked to contact the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division at 301-334-1911.

Additionally, any Maryland homeowner who has conducted business with Stull and/or Rough Country Restoration and believes they experienced a similar incident within the past three years may contact the Maryland Home Improvement Commission at 410-230-6309.
