On September 15, 2026, deputies arrested Matthew Norman Swapp, 44 years old, Mountain Lake Park, on the strength of two Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation. Swapp was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center, and was later released on his own recognizance after appearing before a District Court Commissioner
