On July 9, 2026, around 7:30 p.m., deputies arrested Kandace Michelle Proctor, 34 years old, Mountain Lake Park, on the strength of a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. A search of Proctor revealed Alprazolam pills. Proctor was subsequently charged with Possession of Alprazolam. Proctor is currently being held in the Garrett County Detention Center.
