On June 8, 2026, deputies arrested Ralph Thomas Hershman Jr., 61 years old, Terra Alta, West Virginia, on the strength of a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Hershman was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center where he is being held pending a bond hearing.
