On June 19, 2026, around 1:50 p.m., deputies arrested Stoney Richard Dale Baker, 22 years old, Mountain Lake Park, on the strength of an Arrest Warrant from Randolph County, West Virginia, charging him with Distribution and Exhibiting Child Sexual Abuse Material. Baker was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center pending extradition to West Virginia.
