From the desk of Sheriff Bryson Meyers: On May 14, 2026, deputies arrested Philip Blair Saville Jr, 38 years old, Kitzmiller, on the strength of a Mineral County West Virginia Warrant for Violation of Probation. Saville was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center pending extradition back to West Virginia.
