From the desk of Sheriff Bryson Meyers: 🚨 DRUG ARREST 🚨
On March 10, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph Lawrence Enoel Albert II, 37, Swanton, along Foster Road at Garrett Highway on the strength of a bench warrant issued by Allegany County.
During a search incident to arrest, deputies located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Albert was subsequently charged with:
▪️Possession of Methamphetamine
▪️Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Albert was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center, where he is being held pending a bond hearing.
