On February 4, 2026, deputies arrested Stacy Lynn Curtis, 43 years old, Oakland, on the strength of a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Curtis was later released after appearing before a District Court Commissioner.
On February 5, 2026, deputies arrested Stacy Lynn Curtis, 43 years old, Oakland, on the strength of a District Court Bench Warrant for Bond Revocation. Curtis was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center, where she is being held without bond.
