From the desk of Sheriff Bryson Meyers:
On January 8, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division, Detectives with the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force, Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit, and Patrol Deputies executed a Search and Seizure Warrant at a residence along Callicoat Road.
As a result of the search, Detectives recovered Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Drug Paraphernalia.
The following individuals were arrested:
◼️Mary Kay Wilt, 34, of Oakland, was charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
◼️Shannon Nicole Livengood, 38, of Oakland, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.
◼️James Brian Reckart, 42, was charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession of Ammunition While Being a Prohibited Person.
◼️William Edwin Janoske Jr., 41, of Oakland, was charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
All four individuals were transported to the Garrett County Detention Center, where they are being held pending bond hearings.
