On January 13, 2026, deputies with the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office served a bench warrant on Amy Jolene Kisselovich, 49 years old, Oakland. The warrant was issued by the Garrett County District Court for Failure to Appear. Kisselovich was located and taken into custody without incident during a traffic stop. Kisselovich was transported to the District Court Commissioners Office, where she was released on her own recognizance.
