The Garrett County Sheriff's Office is attempting to identify the following individual in reference to an incident that occurred at Sheetz along Third Street in Oakland, on April 21, 2025, around 3:30 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact Deputy Saturday or Captain Zimmerman at 301-334-1911.
