On March 4, 2024, Detectives from the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force testified before the Grand Jury for Garrett County. The cases presented are the result of investigations conducted by the Task Force into the distribution of methamphetamine, and other related drugs over the past several months.
The following indictments were handed down:
Jerry Denver Welch, 30 years old, Oakland, charged with two counts of Distribution of Methamphetamine.
Jessica Marie Crosco, 37 years old Oakland, is charged with two counts of Distribution of Methamphetamine.
Suzanne Hattie Severy, 60 years old, Oakland, is charged with Distribution of Suboxone.
All were arrested and transported to the Garrett County Detention Center for arraignment in Garrett County Circuit Court. All were released on a $5,000 unsecured personal bond.
